At Ashurst Pre-school we believe that children learn through fun, safe and exciting play opportunities. We understand each child and their family is unique and we work with families to provide a safe, secure and confident start to their education. We nurture the children and enthusiastically plan our curriculum around each individual, incorporating fascinating and challenging learning opportunities so all our children are excited and eager to be here. We believe group rules promote fairness and equality, teaching the children that we all have values and a joint understanding of keeping ourselves and each other safe. We promote skills that build a foundation for the educational journey that children begin now and will take with them in the future.
